Working out is efficient with our interval training system. We set up 20 to 30 separate stations for each class. During your session, you will rotate between cardiovascular exercises and strength-building movements for a well-rounded workout. In just 60 minutes, you could burn up to 1,000 calories. Your heart rate will be monitored during all sessions, and this will allow you to keep track of your health stats.
We select gym instructors who are friendly, helpful and encouraging. Each of our instructors will work with you to set a goal based on your situation and timeline. If your goal is to lose 30 pounds or run your first 5K race in three months, your instructor will work with you to achieve your objectives. Your instructors can also correct your form, show you how to use the equipment and challenge you to push yourself.
